Hi Dave,
I just wanted to thank you very much for the work you did this past week. I wanted you to see a copy of what I just put on Sunset Bay's private website:
"I just want you to know that we recently hired Dave Carney of Best Services. Our hardee board siding had gotten black from the soot hanging in the summer air over the past two drought periods. Since it was not raining, the soot lingered in the air, and was seldom washed off due to a lack of rain. Then the soot would condense in the mornings, form mildew in addition, and then bake on in the summer afternoons. I had tried to power wash it off to no avail.
We have been very impressed by Dave's work, so much so, we felt we should report it here. He listens to one's needs, is willing to do it the way one suggests, is methodical, thorough, and gets the job done in a short period of time. His price has been reasonable, and, as it stands now he is fully insured for any liability issues that might arise.
No issues arose, and we are very grateful, he was recommended to us, and glad he came out to do the job.
